Booking & Payments
Our training sessions are designed to provide maximum value. To ensure a smooth process:

  • Invoices will be sent out with clear payment details and are due by the 20th day of the following month. And for large multi day residential events, to ensure everything runs smoothly, we may require full payment (or 50% of the total) before the event takes place.
  • In some cases, we may offer flexible payment options and support to make the process hassle-free. If you have concerns, please reach out—we’re here to help.

Cancellations & Changes

At HALO, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all who work with us. Our events are scheduled based on demand, and while we do our best to stick to planned dates, times, and venues, sometimes changes are necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll keep you informed as soon as possible.

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible and accommodate your needs. At the same time, we kindly ask for your understanding that last-minute changes can have financial implications for us.

If you need to cancel within 28 days of the event start date, a 50% fee of the total cost will apply and cancellations after the event has started will be subject to the full invoice amount. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@halotraining.co.nz.
