Designed and delivered specifically in a farming and agriculture context, our Leadership in Agriculture program equips leaders at all levels of the business, including self leadership, boots-on-the-ground leaders, operational and strategic leaders, with the essential leadership skills to lead intentionally, navigate adversity, and to harness the strengths of a diverse workforce to improve organisational performance.

Delivery
This program is delivered over 11 months, via monthly 3 hour in person workshops. Rather than overwhelming you with information overload, each session focuses on just one subject, maximising the quality of learning and developing your leadership skills overtime. Each session builds on the knowledge and experience gained from the previous session, resulting in continuous long-term growth over the course of the program.
