Tony’s passion for leadership is forged through experience. Over sixteen years in military, intelligence and high risk environments, he led teams where execution meant survival and where clarity and trust decided outcomes.

He began as a seventeen year old infantry soldier before specialising in human intelligence, intelligence operations and risk management. Deployments to Timor Leste, Iraq and Afghanistan shaped his ability to lead under extreme pressure, uniting teams and driving performance in the most volatile environments.

Armed with a Masters in Counter Terrorism Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership, Tony also brings the resilience of lived experience. Having overcome PTSD, depression and alcoholism, he carries a rare depth of empathy and strength. Known for his straight talking style and grounded approach, he has a unique ability to connect with partners at every level of leadership, from the frontline to the boardroom. His insight equips them to act with clarity and courage when the pressure is real.

Tony is on a new mission: to transform execution leadership across New Zealand. His approach is bold and uncompromising. He pushes leaders beyond theory into action, builds trust where it matters most, and equips partners to cut through noise, make decisive calls and create the conditions for long term success.
